Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Valders, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

As a courtesy, this office will attempt to confirm appointments by telephone the week before. If we are unable to leave a message with a person or on a recoding device, the patient is still responsible for attending the scheduled appointment.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.  Valders Dental Associates does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Financing Options

Charges for professional services or insurance co-payment are due at the time dental service is provided, unless previous arrangements have been made with our office manager. In order to keep costs down while maintaining a high level of care, we offer the following payment options for our patients:

  • 5% check or cash discount - full payment for day of service
  • 8% discount for senior citizens
  • We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover
  • Interest free payment plans may be available for major treatment for our established patients.
  • If you prefer other options, please meet with our Financial Coordinator for arrangements.
